HOW DO I RETURN A MUSA MIA ORDER?
For the return trip, you have two options:

Refund to your original payment method → A €15 return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount

Gift card → No return shipping costs. → Valid for 1 year online and in Musa Mia stores. You can return your item free of charge in store, regardless of the return option chosen.
OUR TRADE-IN CONDITIONS
We do not offer exchanges
Any item being returned must be presented in its original condition.
The labels must not be detached from the item.
You have 14 days to make your return online.
YOUR REFUND
Once the package is received in our workshops, your refund will be processed within 7 working days by our teams.
Once your refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 72 hours of receiving and verifying the returned items, according to the method you selected when requesting the return: gift card or original payment method.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Complete the online return form and hand your package to the carrier. The package must reach us within 30 business days of the delivery date. A return cannot be processed without a return authorization.
